Due to ongoing campus construction, the most convenient place to park is East Garage (4233 Martin Luther King Blvd, Houston, TX 77004), be sure to enter through the visitor section. The conference will take place on the second floor of Student Center South (4455 University Dr, Houston, TX 77204), and directional signs will be posted to guide you. If you plan to use the East Garage, be sure to stop by the check-in table outside the Houston Ballroom on the second floor, where we’ll be happy to provide a parking validation.
TACUSPA conference check-in will occur at the University of Houston Student Center South:
Wednesday, October 1 from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Ticket Booth (2nd Floor)
Thursday, October 2 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Ticket Booth (2nd Floor)
Directional signs will be displayed throughout Student Center South to assist participants easily navigate conference spaces.
Conference attire will be business casual. Our goal is for you to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the event. We recommend bringing a light sweater in case the student center is cool. On Friday, we invite you to represent your institute or even participate in Cougar Red Friday.
We hope you’ll take a few moments to visit Legacy Lane in Ballroom 210 during the conference! This space highlights the rich history of TACUSPA and offers a chance to explore our silent auction items. You’ll also find an interactive photo booth, perfect for capturing memories and sharing your conference experience. Be sure to stop by and join in the fun!
Because of ongoing campus construction, the direct route is closed. Sidewalks are available to guide you around the construction and lead you to Student Center South.
