The Mid-Manager’s Institute offers a dynamic and immersive professional development experience designed specifically for mid-level managers who are navigating the complexities of mid-level leadership. The day begins with an interactive CliftonStrengths session tailored to the experiences of mid-level professionals, focusing on how to leverage strengths in areas like supervision, strategic thinking, and team dynamics. A working lunch with participants from all TACUSPA Institutes and facilitators continues the strengths-based conversation. Afternoon sessions will explore leadership-focused topics relevant to mid-level roles, with space for reflection, strategy, and connection. Whether you’re leading teams, managing up and down, or adapting to a changing campus environment, participants will leave the institute with tools and experiences that meaningfully enhance their professional journey.
