2026 TACUSPA Annual Conference

About the Theme

The 2026 TACUSPA Conference theme, Leading Through Change, invites student affairs professionals to reflect on the evolving landscape of higher education and the role we each play in shaping it. Across our institutions, we are navigating shifting student needs, institutional priorities, and broader societal changes that require us to lead with intention, adaptability, and care.

This year’s conference will explore how we respond to change - not just by reacting, but by leading through it. Attendees can expect opportunities to engage in meaningful conversations, share innovative practices, and develop strategies that support student success in dynamic environments.

Whether you are a graduate student, new professional, or seasoned leader, this conference is designed to help you strengthen your approach to leadership and leave with ideas you can apply immediately in your work.
