We are excited to welcome you to College Station for a week of learning, connection, and professional growth as we explore this year's theme, Leading Through Change. Before you arrive, please review the important information and reminders below to help you make the most of your conference experience.

An Update to Our Conference Schedule

As we put the finishing touches on the 2026 TACUSPA Annual Conference, we have made an adjustment to our conference schedule. Please note that Wednesday's activities will begin later than originally anticipated. We encourage you to review the updated Conference Schedule before traveling so you can plan accordingly.

Conference Hotel and Venue

With free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, business center and more, the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center has everything today’s discerning traveler needs for a restful and rejuvenating trip to College Station.

If you're checking into the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center on Wednesday, October 14th, but arrive before your room is ready, simply ask the hotel staff about luggage storage when you arrive.

Venue Parking & Parking Garages

Parking is charged in your conference hotel stay. Please note that you are still able to park in the garage even if you are not staying in the hotel. If you are not staying at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center or the garage is full, you can park in a paid-to-park garage on campus. The closest garage's are the Stallings Blvd Garage, attached to the hotel and the University Center Garage, approximately 5 minute walk. Learn more about the paid parking here.

Check-In & Registration

Conference check-in and registration will be located on the second floor of the Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center. If you are entering through the Stallings Blvd Garage, park on the third floor and you will access the walkway into the hotel which will direct you straight to our registration desk. We will have signage guiding our attendees to the location. Our Registration and Help Desk will be open during the following hours:

• Wednesday, October 14th: 8 am - 5 pm
• Thursday, October 15th: 8 am - 5 pm
• Friday, October 16th: 8 am - 11 am

Conference App

The Conference Planning Committee is proud to introduce our first ever conference app! You can use the app to plan out your day, view contact information for colleagues and presenters, map out the conference center, and much more.

Throughout the conference, visit participating sponsors and engage with the TACUSPA Foundation's Silent Auction to collect stamps in your passport. Collect 5 or more stamps and you'll be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a 2027 TACUSPA Conference Registration!

Join us for our First-Time Attendee Session during Day 1 - Wednesday, October 14th from 11:00 - 11:50 am. You don't have to navigate conference alone. This session is designed to help you feel confident navigating the conference and make the most of your TACUSPA experience.
