Conference Foundations

Conference foundations serve as a cornerstone for the event, guiding session content and creating a cohesive, engaging experience. They help attract the right audience, foster collaboration, and provide a shared framework for addressing challenges in the field. We encourage presenters to review the foundations and select the one that best aligns with their session; this selection will be part of the proposal submission process.

We invite proposals that showcase innovative programs, partnerships, and strategies that bridge ideas with practical implementation, empower change, and enhance educational outcomes—especially for underserved communities.

• Leading through Change: From changing priorities to staffing, leadership transitions, and student climate, today’s professionals must navigate constant change. We invite proposals that explore best practices, strategies, and innovative approaches to leading through institutional shifts and shaping the future of higher education.

• The Evolving Workplace: As workplaces evolve, so do the opportunities to innovate career development, networking, and well-being in higher education and student affairs. We invite professionals to submit proposals that explore emerging roles, workplace wellness, mentorship, and strategies for building sustainable and fulfilling careers in our ever-changing field.
