Mid-Manager's Institute (MMI)

Sunday, October 24, 2021, 10:00 AM -  4:00 PM

This year’s Mid-Manager’s Institute will provide leadership insights with practical applications to support the growth of mid-level professionals within student affairs. In alignment with this year's conference theme, Influence and Impact: Strategies to Accelerate Systemic Change within the Profession and Beyond, MMI will explore and examine how our colleagues across the state are creating meaningful change that not only addresses the symptoms of unjust practices, but also reimagine how we can influence and impact long-lasting change.
