The presentation will focus on how an Office of Multicultural Affairs can engage ALL students on a college campus. At times, White students may feel as if they should not or cannot attend Multicultural Affairs programs and events. Webinar participants will learn about how the Stephen F. Austin State University’s Office of Multicultural Affairs has worked tirelessly to engage students and develop program, events, and committees where all students including White students feel as if all aspects of the Office of Multicultural Affairs is for them. 

Dr. Airen serves as the Director of Multicultural Affairs and Graduate Faculty in the Department of Human Services at Stephen F. Austin State University. In addition, Dr. Airen is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor.
