    The University of Texas at San Antonio - Assistant Director of Development
    • Provide specialized skill and knowledge to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward private gift donors for the Division of Student Affairs in collaboration with designated External Relations staff.
    • Responsible for maintaining operations for development programs in Student Affairs in collaboration with Student Affairs staff.
    • Assist in planning, organizing and coordinating administrative duties and operating procedures.
    • Propose, evaluate and coordinate the implementation of Student Affairs development programs.
    • Work with designated staff from Student Affairs and External Relations on key fundraising programs including but not limited to the Family Association, Family Fund and the Student Affairs Transformation Fund.
    • Develop, implement and manage development programs for soliciting major, planned, and annual gifts.
    • Establish, maintain and document a network of contacts with multiple internal university constituencies, as well as outside constituencies including individual, corporate, and foundation prospects.
    • Plan and coordinate activities and programs, including guest lectures, tours, corporate presentations, corporate recruiting, public speaker series and advisory groups.
    • Assist in planning and developing fundraising approaches and proposals for special projects.
    • Plan and coordinate arrangements for special events including receptions, luncheons, and dinners.
    • Prepare and distributes fund-raising materials used in the cultivation and
      solicitation of friends and alumni.
    • Meet regularly with Director of Communications & Administration and External Relations staff to discuss priorities and strategies.
    • Assist in preparing departmental budgets by gathering and compiling information and making recommendations. Maintain and monitor budgets and fiscal reports.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Assistant Director of Spirit/Traditions and Risk Management

    The UNT Student Activities Center is currently searching for an Assistant Director, responsible for supporting staff and programs related to spirit and traditions programs, as well as student organization risk management. The position will serve as primary advisor to the North Texas Cheerleader, North Texas Dance, and mascot programs, and will supervise the Coordinator of Campus-Wide Events and Traditions, Cheerleader Coach, and Dance Coach. A master's degree and four years of closely-related professional experience (or equivalent combination) is preferred.

    Texas A&M University-San Antonio: Admissions Coordinator I (Campus Visits)

    Pay Rate: $40,712  

    Job Summary/Basic Function: The Campus Visit Coordinator is responsible for coordinating campus visits for prospective students and families. Coordinates assessment efforts for the campus visit experience. Responsible for hiring, training and supervising student worker tour guides and volunteers.  

    Work Hours: Schedules vary per needs of the department. May work beyond normal office hours and weekends.
