Essential Functions of this position include: Program development and recruitment of all non-academic summer camps. Compliance and Youth Protection training to ensure camps meet UT System, university, state, federal, and NCAA regulations. Acts as a liaison for conference and camp services. Reports on the logistics of summer camps. Coordinate several different conference events at once. Respond to the needs and requests of summer camp event coordinators as necessary.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Relative experience may be substituted for required education. 2 Years' experience in managing multiple detail-oriented projects or tight deadlines and/or coordinating larger events and/or camps as evidenced by prior work experience.
