Retention Management and Planning Office works collaboratively across campus to support strategic initiatives to assist students in their success and retention. The Coordinator for the Retention Management office is a full-time position reporting to the Associate Director. The Associate Director oversees student programming such as Bobcat Bond Mentoring Program, Male Initiatives, Brilliant Bobcats Academic Success Series Workshops, PAWS Alert Intervention System and FACES (Foster Care Alumni Creating Educational Success) and administrative functions such as annual reports and administrative outcomes. The Coordinator will oversee programs addressing student success and retention. A primary focus will be on student outreach to connect information and campus resources in a timely and effective manner and the mentoring program geared toward transfer, second year students and beyond.
